Roll a new vintage in overnight
When the 2024 Shiraz runs out, pick its replacement once. Every club and every existing subscription holding the old wine moves across with it.
One update, rather than editing 214 subscriptions by hand.
Features
Simple and easy to use, purpose-built for wineries. Browse by area, or start with the bit that matters most to you.
Merchant controls
Pick the products, frequencies and discounts. The app handles the rest and tells you when something needs attention.

Club performance, what's billing next and the jobs waiting on you, all on one screen instead of spread across Shopify reports.
The Stock Forecast lists every variant your upcoming orders need, early enough to bottle more or swap a wine before the run.
Pick the replacement once. Every club and every existing subscription holding the old wine moves across with it.
Subscription Import lifts your existing members out of a spreadsheet, next charge dates and all. Nobody has to sign up a second time. See switching to Tectalic Wine Club.
Change next billing date shifts a subscription's next order, say from the 15th to the 1st, so the whole club lands on one fulfilment day. Order now charges it immediately when a member wants their wine before a trip.
An email lands when a payment fails, a curated wine sells out or you're near your plan limit, and it tells you the one thing to do about it.

One update, rather than editing 214 subscriptions by hand.
Change next billing date moves each subscription's next order earlier or later until the club lines up on a single fulfilment day, instead of orders trickling out all month.
The modal shows the current and new schedule side by side, and members keep their normal pre-billing reminders.
Member experience
Everything a member needs lives in their Shopify account, styled to match your store. Fewer support emails for you.
Members pause, skip, swap items and change their address themselves, in a secure portal inside their customer account.
In choose-your-own clubs they build their case at signup and can change it before every delivery. It's usually why they stay.
Express signup sends a member from the club card straight to your Shopify checkout. They can still read the included wines first, but nobody has to click through a wine list and a confirmation step to buy a case you already chose.
Members can put one-off products in the cart alongside their signup, and anything already sitting in the cart stays there. Those extras are charged on the signup order only and never join the recurring deliveries.
Members get an email 14 days out and again 2 days out. The charge is never a surprise, which is what keeps it from turning into a chargeback.
Members update their own card, and retries quietly pick up the ones that bounce for no good reason.

Billing & delivery
Set the frequencies and discounts once. The app charges each member on their schedule and creates the orders in Shopify.
Offer monthly, quarterly, six-monthly or annual deliveries. A member's first order goes through the moment they sign up, and their next ones bill from that date rather than a fixed date shared by the whole club. Change next billing date is there when you want to gather orders onto one day.
Failed payments retry on their own, and a card that bounces on Tuesday often clears by Friday. You hear about the ones that genuinely need a person.
Shipping for the ones interstate, local delivery for the ones nearby, and cellar door pickup for the regulars who'd rather collect in person.
You can extend member pricing and free club shipping to their normal shop purchases as well. The app keeps a customer segment up to date for every club, and you point a Shopify discount at it.
A QR code on the tasting bench opens your signup page on the visitor's own phone. Nobody has to pass an iPad around behind the bar.
Hit your plan limit and clubs show a waitlist rather than an error. Alerts at 50%, 80% and 100% mean you saw it coming.
Works with Shopify
The app uses the products, checkout and payment gateway your store already has, so there is no second system to keep in sync.

Clubs are built from the Shopify products you already sell. Club orders draw down the same inventory as everything else in the shop.
Signups run through your own Shopify checkout and payment gateway, and we don't take a cut of the transaction.
The signup widget takes your theme's fonts, colours and corner radius. The club page ends up looking like the rest of your website.
Every club order arrives as a normal Shopify order, and your existing packing and shipping apps handle it without a second process to learn.
The member portal lives in Shopify customer accounts, and Shopify handles the passwordless login.
Every club and combination keeps its own Shopify segment up to date, ready to pull into your email platform.
